Ingredients
- 1 whole medium-large zuccini peeled
- 1/2 cup cashews heaping
- 2 tsp ranch seasoning see recipe below
- 1/4 cup water add more till you get desired consistency

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or blender. Add more or less seasoning to taste, and use more or less water to adjust the consistency. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
*Note- If you have a high speed blender there is no need to soak cashews. If you do not, then soak cashews for at least 1 hour in water.
